(CLARINDA) Five teens were sent to the hospital following an accident in Page County Sunday.
The Sheriff’s Office says 16-year-old Joshua Sickels was driving a 2003 Chevy Suburban on 200th Street when he looked over to the passengers and lost control of the vehicle. The Suburban came to rest in the 2700 block on the south side of 200th Street.
Sickels and passengers, 15-year-old Natalie Donahue, 16-year-old Samantha Swanson, 15-year-old Halle Goudie, and 15-year-old Ross Christie, all of Clarinda, were transported to the Clarinda Regional Hospital by EMS with possible injuries.
Sickels was cited for Failure to Maintain Control.
