(HARLAN) The Harlan Police Department reports five arrests.
On September 28th, 21-year-old Cody Betances of Earling was arrested on an active Shelby County warrant for supplying alcohol to person under legal age. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
On September 27th, 22-year-old Cody Hillgartner of Harlan was cited for allowing a dog to run at large. City code states that all dogs must be leashed.
On September 26th, 42-year-old Patricia Pauley of Harlan was arrested on an active Shelby County warrant for assault. Pauley was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
On September 20th, 64-year-old David Peters of Harlan was arrested following a disturbance and charged with disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Shelby County Jail.
On September 18th, 19-year-old Crystal Vyzourek of Harlan was arrested following a domestic disturbance at her residence. Vyzourek allegedly got into a physical confrontation with Pamela Queen. Vyzourek was taken to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
The Harlan Police Department also reports a glass door was shattered at Fourth Generation some time the evening of September 19th. There are no suspects and the case remains under investigation. The damage was estimated at $1,500.
And, Kathleen Cordero of Harlan reported that someone had thrown a rock through the driver’s side window of her car while it was parked in the 1600 block of 6th Street. The case remains under investigation.
