(HARLAN) The Harlan Police Department has reported five arrests this week.
On Sunday, 29-year-old Bruce Spray of Harlan was arrested following a traffic stop for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated; 2ndOffense, Driving While Revoked, and Failure to Obey Stop Sign.
29-year-old Tacy Bruck of Panama was arrested for Public Intoxication.
18-year-old Brandon Allen of Harlan was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver; 4 counts, Prohibited Acts Penalties, and Ongoing Criminal Conduct.
21-year-old Dane Dodge of Harlan was arrested for Interference with Official Acts, Defective Equipment; muffler, and Failure to Prove Security against liability.
On Wednesday, 55-year-old Jeron Henscheid of Harlan was arrested on a Shelby County warrant for Contempt of Court, child support.
All five individuals were transported to the Shelby County Jail.
And on Monday, officers checking on a vehicle parked on the west side of the courthouse discovered that the vehicle, a 1992 Buick Century, was reported stolen from Harrison County. Harrison County law enforcement were notified and the vehicle returned to its owner.
