Creston Police Report

(Creston) Creston Police report seven arrests and two incident reports from November 27 to December 1.

November 27:

*Shanda Kile, 27, 1842 Luther Circle, was arrested at the Law Center on a Union County Warrant for the charge of Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense. She was released from the Union County Jail on original bond until Forfeiture Hearing.

November 28:           

*Bradford Boyer, 20, 806 N Mulberry, was arrested at Prairie/Division on the charges of: 2 counts Burglary 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Criminal Mischief 5th, Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 2nd, and Public Intoxication. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $30,900 bond.

November 29:

*Brad Lemon, 39, 600 N Poplar, was arrested at the Law Center on a Union County Warrant for the charge of Violation of Protection Order. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $300 bond.

November 30:

*Garrett Woodhull, 27, 400 S Division, was arrested at his residence on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault – Simple. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $300 bond.

*Johnny Agans, 50, 1501 N Lincoln #14, was arrested at his residence on the charge of Assault – Simple. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $300 bond.

December 1:

*Ashton Olson, 28, 1015 Manor Dr, was arrested on the 100 block of N Elm on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $300 bond.

*Joseph Bartlett, 40, 786 Madison Ave, Council Bluffs, was arrested at Spruce/Adams on the charge of Driving While Barred. He was released from the Union County Jail on a Promise to Appear granted by court.

INCIDENTS:

November 28:

*Tiffany Gale, 502 N Maple, reported that sometime around 6:30 am on 11/28/2019 someone entered her vehicle that was parked at her residence and took cash, (4) Six Packs of Pop, and documents pertaining to the vehicle. Estimated loss of $80.

 

*Douglas Harms, 612 N Pine, reported that sometime between 2am-10am on 11/28/2019 someone broke into the garage at his residence, entered a vehicle that was parked in the garage and took a Black/Brown with gold trim Taurus 9mm handgun, a black/grey SCCY CPX2 9mm handgun, 5 knives and a chainsaw. Estimated loss of $1650.00
