Clarinda man arrested for Election Misconduct and Perjury

(Clarinda) A Clarinda man was arrested for Election Misconduct 1st Degree and Perjury.

The Page County Attorney presented a complaint to the Page County Sheriff on November 19th of Election Misconduct and Perjury of a Page County resident after receiving a complaint from the Page County Auditor. The Sheriff’s Office began an investigation and arrested 29-year-old Bradley Aeron Haley.

Haley was held in the Page County Jail on $10,000 bond pending future court appearances.

 

In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Cody Dale Sleep, of Bedford, on November 28th following a traffic stop near 140th and O Avenue northwest of Clarinda. Sleep was charged with OWI 1st Offense. He was transported to the Page County Sheriff’s Office and held on $1,000 bond.
